Marty Caparros is the Chief Executive Officer of The Prestige & Pacifica Companies. Under Mr. Caparros’ leadership The Prestige & Pacifica Companies have become among the premier developers of exceptional residential communities, commercial properties, and industrial properties in Florida.
Mr. Caparros successfully completed the construction and sale of over two thousand homes over the past 30 years. Mr. Caparros successfully steered the company through challenging market conditions and emerged with a reputation, both at the company and personal level, that is second to none.
The Prestige Companies as well as the Pacifica Companies have developed or converted over 15,000 units, 200,000 sq. ft. of commercial properties, and over 1,000 acres of land. The Prestige Companies and Pacifica Companies are also among the largest privately held rental companies in South Florida with over $400MM in value.
Since 2012, Mr. Caparros has been on the Advisory Board of Black River Partners, LLC, a diversified real estate investment fund with over 261 loans and more than $335 million in total transactions.
Under Mr. Caparros’ leadership, Prestige has partnered on projects with notable developers such as Roberto Cayon and Cayon Development, Jose Boschetti and BF Group, Art Falcone and the Falcon Companies, Brunetti Group, Florida Value Partners, Asaka, David Adams and Alex Greyserman and Black River Partners, and many others.
Mr. Caparros is a graduate of the University of Miami and is an active civic leader in his community. Among his public works, Mr. Caparros created the Prestige Scholarship at St. Thomas University for underprivileged youth from the City of Hialeah and is a recipient of the Century Award from Baptist Health Foundation. He has also been recognized and awarded by Hispanic Business, South Florida Business Journal, The Miami Herald and other organizations.

Dennis Rodriguez is the President and Managing Partner of Prestige Construction Management, where he leads a relationship-driven construction company focused on disciplined execution, early collaboration, and long-term value creation. With a career rooted in construction oversight and real estate development, he is known for delivering complex projects that blend strong fundamentals with thoughtful design, hospitality, and community-oriented experiences.
Mr. Rodriguez began his career in real estate in 1999, gaining early exposure to asset acquisition, operations, and hands-on execution. Early in his career, he built and managed multiple portfolios across Florida, yielding over $30 million in sales, shaping his practical understanding of constructability, cost control, and execution.
In 2009, he became a partner at Prestige Companies, where he has since overseen the assembly, rezoning, construction, and delivery of more than 5,000 multifamily units, along with the stabilization of over 1,000 single-family homes and $100 million in rental assets across Miami-Dade and Broward counties. His experience spans ground-up multifamily, mixed-use, adaptive reuse, and complex urban projects.
Mr. Rodriguez’s leadership is closely tied to his passion for hospitality, arts, and lifestyle-driven development, reflected in signature projects such as the Amelia District, The Trails, and the Flagship Hialeah Racetrack redevelopment. In 2022, he co-founded The Yards at the Amelia District, a multi-use venue that supports local food, live entertainment, and large-scale community events, marking the launch of Prestige’s hospitality arm.
Beyond his professional work, Mr. Rodriguez is deeply committed to making a positive impact in the community and advancing cultural growth. He serves on the Board of Directors of the Latin Builders Association (LBA) and the Ronald McDonald House Charities, supporting initiatives that strengthen families, education, and community well-being. He is also a co-founder of the Casa Cuba Center at Florida International University, an institution dedicated to preserving Cuban cultural arts while fostering academic, artistic, and community engagement for students and the broader South Florida community.
Mr. Rodriguez holds an MBA in Finance and International Business from the University of Miami and a bachelor’s degree in marketing and business management from Florida International University.

Alexander Ruiz is the Chief Operations Officer for The Prestige and Pacifica Companies, a role he has thrived in for over two decades. He has been a key driver behind their success and continued growth, making a significant impact on their affiliates, including Black River Partners and Prestige Florida Fund Partners, where he serves as a manager.
Prior to this, Mr. Ruiz held the position of Director of Finance, during which he successfully coordinated the financing of over $2 billion in diverse real estate acquisitions and managed over $1.2 billion in loans. He also facilitated equity and institutional mezzanine capital transactions totaling over $500 million. His role extended to maintaining relationships with institutional and local lenders as well as agencies like FNMA & FHLMC and orchestrating the creation of numerous community development districts along with the issuance of public bond offerings.
Since April 2009, Mr. Ruiz has provided oversight for The Prestige & Pacifica Companies and all its affiliates, including Pacifica Homes and EZ 2 Own. Under his leadership, these became the leading single-family distressed acquisition and resale companies in Florida, boasting total sales of over $150 million. As of 2010, The Prestige Companies has held a prominent position as one of the largest privately held single-family & apartment-holding companies in South Florida, managing over $200 million. Additionally, they have become one of the top multi-family development companies, with over 2,500 units completed or under construction since 2014.
Since 2012, Mr. Ruiz has been a manager and advisory board member with Black River Partners, a diversified real estate investment fund that has completed over $150 million in transaction deals.
Mr. Ruiz holds an MBA and a graduate degree certificate in Finance and International Business from the University of Miami. He is an honors and magna cum laude graduate from Florida International University with a B.A. in Political Science. He is a member of the Founders Club of the Baptist Health Foundation and was recognized by the SFBJ in 2023 as a recipient of the 40 under 40 awards. Additionally, he has also served on numerous non-profit and governmental boards, such as Kristi House and the City of Hialeah Personnel Board.
